OCRO Media prints its rates per million views and places your asset on pages it picks. We quote per campaign, cut your footage and have clippers post it. We run Lumina Clippers, so on 6 November 2026 we read every page on ocromedia.com except the blog, including its terms, its privacy policy and its page about us, and every claim below names its page. Rhys McKay, our Founder & CEO, reviewed this page.
OCRO Media sells placements on pages it picks, at a printed rate per million views; Lumina Clippers cuts your footage with one team, has vetted clippers post it from their own accounts, and bills only verified views. A rate card prices a fixed format per million views; a quote prices one campaign after a call.
They differ on what you buy, how it is priced and whose accounts post it, and agree on reviewing clips before they go live. Each OCRO cell below quotes its own pages.

The points that decide it are who cuts your footage, whose accounts post it and what you are billed on, and on those our own pages and OCRO's say different things. OCRO sells a logo or a track placed on its own pages at a printed rate, which is a different product from a clipping campaign. Tick what your campaign needs and the scale shows which side's own pages state it.
Each point is something one side's own pages say it offers. Tick the ones your campaign needs; a weight drops into that side's pan.
Your 4 picks put 4 on Lumina Clippers and 2 on OCRO Media, so the scale leans toward Lumina Clippers.
The four starting ticks are a sample for a brand clipping its own footage. Change them to match your campaign.
A point both sides state weighs both pans, so it never tips the scale.
OCRO Media's homepage leads with "From" USD 200 per million views, and that is its music rate; if you want your footage cut into clips, the printed rate is USD 2,500 per million, twelve and a half times the headline. CPM means cost per 1,000 views, so USD 2,500 per million is a CPM of USD 2.50.
OCRO Media prints three rates per million views: USD 200 for music, USD 250 for logo clipping and USD 2,500 for a clipping campaign. Each rate buys a different product. Music promotion uses your track as the audio on pages that already post. Logo clipping puts your logo on screen inside clips those pages post. A clipping campaign cuts your own long-form footage into new clips. Its pricing page says: "There is no minimum contract length and no monthly fee."
| Format | Rate per million views | Effective CPM | What it is | Views USD 5,000 buys |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Music promotion | USD 200 | USD 0.20 | Your track as the audio | 25M |
| Logo clipping | USD 250 | USD 0.25 | Your logo on screen inside the video | 20M |
| Clipping campaign | USD 2,500 | USD 2.50 | Your long-form content cut into clips | 2M |
| Custom | Quoted | n/a | Multi-format, niche-only or multi-month | Quoted |
Read the table by what you are buying. A logo or a song placed on meme pages is cheap per view. Cut clips of your own footage cost ten times the logo rate and twelve and a half times the music rate on the same card. Custom work is quoted on a call, the same as ours.
Pick the format and type your budget. The receipt prints what OCRO's own rate card gives you, and its back carries OCRO's payment terms in its own words. The slip beside it shows how we quote the same budget: your footage cut by our team and billed only on verified views.
What you are buying
Your long-form content cut into clips
Your budget, quoted per campaign, with the cut, the clippers, the review and the reporting in one quote.
USD 5,000 at OCRO Media's printed clipping campaign rate of USD 2,500 per million views works out to 2M views, USD 2.50 per 1,000. That is 12.5 times the lowest printed line.
Rates as printed on OCRO Media's pricing page and homepage, read 6 November 2026. Custom work is quoted, so it is not on the receipt.
They describe two moments: the pricing page says you are not charged for views that did not happen, while the terms say fees are paid in advance. The pricing page reads: "If a campaign does not reach the projected view count, you are not charged for views that did not happen."
Its terms read differently. Section 5.1 says: "All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing." Section 5.2 adds: "Once a campaign has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable."
Both can be true. The terms allow written exceptions, and OCRO offers Escrow.com, which its homepage says "holds the money until you confirm we delivered". So ask OCRO, in writing, which rule applies to your order: pay first, or pay on delivery.
We offer custom pricing from USD 5,000, quoted per campaign, with no multi-month lock-in, and you're billed only on verified views, the views that pass our anti-bot checks. Our clipping campaigns page says "The campaign budget is all-in", so the cut, the clippers, the review and the reporting sit in one quote. See how our clipping agency pricing works, or contact our team for your quote.
OCRO Media posts your clips on pages it picks from its own network; we have vetted clippers post them from their own accounts. Neither is better for every brand, so ask either of us how many accounts will post your clips, how often, and on which platforms.
OCRO posts on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, on pages hand-selected from its network of 1,000+ vetted creator pages. Its clipping page describes "Daily posting on dedicated clipping pages, hand-selected for your campaign from 1,000+ vetted creator pages". Its about page puts that network at about 1.2 billion monthly views with a 63% US and UK audience, figures it dates to September 2026.
Those pages are established meme and clip channels with their own followers, so your clip lands inside feeds that already have an audience.
Our clips post from clippers' own accounts on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. As the Lumina Clippers homepage puts it, our team cuts your file, and "62,900+ vetted clippers post them from their own accounts". X is the one platform OCRO does not list. Our clippers spread one campaign across many separate accounts, which is a different shape from placements on established pages.
Both of us do: OCRO says a person reviews every post, and our team checks each clip against your brief. On its clipping line OCRO cuts your footage too. Its clipping page says: "Your footage is cut into short vertical clips, captioned and formatted for TikTok, Reels and Shorts." It also says: "You send links, not edits." The same page adds: "A person reviews every post before it goes live."
Our team cuts your footage, and our homepage says: "Each clip is checked against your brief before it goes live, and creators disclose paid partnerships." See how our team cuts and checks every clip. So both cut and both review; the difference is whose pages carry your clip, and how many accounts post it.
OCRO Media's sales page and its terms describe two different jobs: the clipping page says "we cut your content, post it on pages hand-selected from a network of 1,000+ vetted creator pages, and report every post", and the terms say it does not create or control the final content. The terms are what you sign, so they are the version to read twice.
Clause 11a says OCRO acts only as an intermediary and does not create, publish or control the final content creators post. In full: "However, OCRO Media Network acts solely as an intermediary connecting advertisers with independent content creators. OCRO Media Network does not create, publish, or control the final form of content distributed by creators."
To be fair, 11a sits under a heading about advertising disclosures. It opens by asking creators to label paid posts, so it may be written to limit disclosure liability. Labels matter on clips: the FTC's guide for social media influencers says a video disclosure "should be in the video and not just in the description". Still, the terms say OCRO does not control the final clip.
They differ on three points, who makes the clip, when you pay and refunds, and the terms add two the sales pages leave out: who signs and which law applies. Each terms cell quotes the terms of service, last updated February 2026.
| Question | Sales pages | Terms of Service (Feb 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Who makes the clip | "we cut your content" | Does "not create, publish, or control the final form of content" (11a) |
| When you pay | Not charged for views that did not happen | "payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing" (5.1) |
| Refunds | No refund wording | "generally non-refundable" once a campaign starts (5.2) |
| Who signs | OCRO Media | "OCRO Media Network", no company type or address |
| Law | Not stated | United States and Colorado (11) |
What each OCRO page says OCRO does
Four jobs in a clipping campaign. Green means that page says OCRO does it.
Clause 11a, written under advertising disclosures, names only the connecting role and is silent on the rest, so ask OCRO to write the cutting and the review into your order.
OCRO Media's terms and privacy policy name "OCRO Media Network" as the party, with no company type, such as LLC or Inc, and no postal address. OCRO Media is an operating business: its about page names Jason Cohen as Founder & Operator and says he founded OCRO Media in 2025, and it prints its rates, a privacy policy and an escrow option. The terms say they follow "the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado". That does not mean the business is unregistered. It means the pages do not say, so ask which entity signs your order.
For the record, our site footer names Lumina Global LLC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Our own terms also put compliance on the client: "Ensure your content and brand guidelines comply with applicable laws and platform rules." Putting compliance on the client is normal. Our terms name no governing law, so ask us for the agreement too. For more checks, see how to tell a real clipping agency from a clipping farm.
OCRO Media's results page lists six campaigns with delivered views from its dashboard, and only one of them, Coinplay, is called a clipping campaign by its client. The other five are logos, songs and sounds.
OCRO publishes six campaigns with the delivered views and the time each took, read from a per-post dashboard. Its pricing page also states a clean record: "To date, every campaign OCRO has run has closed at or above the view count it was booked for."
| Campaign | Format | Delivered views | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clipmax | Logo placement (SaaS) | 15M+ | 10 days |
| Tone Sinatra | Music | 7.5M (2.5M ordered) | Order in 72 hours |
| Coinplay | Sports pages only, called a clipping campaign by its client | 5M+ | One month |
| Auntie Boy | Sound placement | 3M | 11 days |
| itscollective | Sound placement | 1M | 3 days |
| Online casino, not named | Logo placement | 25M (20M ordered) | 14 days |
One: Coinplay's quote on the page reads "We ran a clipping campaign and the deliverables blew our minds." OCRO's best clipping agencies list says "Five named campaigns"; its results page says "these six campaigns"; the sixth is the online casino it does not name.
So if you are buying the clipping line, five of the six results are for a different product. Ask OCRO for clipping results in your format before you pay the clipping rate.
The OCRO Media alternative for a clipping campaign is a managed clipping agency that cuts your footage with one team and bills only verified views, and that is what we run. First, what OCRO says about us, then the six questions to put to either of us.
OCRO Media publishes a page comparing itself with us, updated 29 September 2026, and lists us on its best clipping agencies list, updated 20 October 2026. Most of it matches our live pages, and it labels our figures "self-reported".
Two lines read differently today. First, its page about us cites a worked pricing example and a top budget figure from our site; our live pages do not show either one now. Second, its best list groups us with networks whose "supply is a large pool of clippers who cut your long-form content into their own clips". Our homepage says the opposite: "our team cuts it into clips". Clippers post; they do not cut your footage. Its page about us says its details "change often" and ends: "If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it."
We have clipped for brands such as Snapchat, Adobe and Midjourney, and two named campaigns carry their figures below. We are trusted by Fortune 500 companies and rated 5.0 on Clutch. For more agencies side by side, see our list of the best clipping agencies, or our case studies.
Each figure carries its measurement window and the date it was read.
iGaming brand: all-time results across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X
Podcast platform: existing episodes cut into vertical clips and posted across creator accounts
They show what has run, not a forecast for your brand.
Brands we clip for

Ask both of us these six questions in writing, ours too. Our guide on how to choose a clipping agency covers the rest.
And what is its rate per million views?
And can I see the first clips before they post?
On which platforms, and how often?
And what comes back if views fall short?
Under which law?
From a campaign like mine, not a different product.
Send us your long-form footage. Our team cuts it, every clip is reviewed against your brief, and vetted clippers post it from their own accounts. Custom pricing from USD 5,000, quoted per campaign, with no multi-month lock-in.
