How we compared: in November 2026 we read all 16 pages on clipragency.com, its Whop page and its public clipper campaigns, and we quote them in their own words. We run Lumina Clippers, with 18B+ verified views delivered, so every Lumina figure comes from our own pages and campaign dashboards.
The difference is what you pay for: Clipr Agency quotes on volume and promises a minimum number of creator accounts, while Lumina Clippers bills on views that pass our anti-bot checks. This page is for brands buying a campaign, not clippers looking for work. At Lumina Clippers, our team cuts the clips and vetted clippers post them.
This page is only about Clipr Agency at clipragency.com, whose footer says "Clipr Agency is part of MaalderMedia B.V., The Netherlands." Search "Clipr" and you meet three businesses with the same word in their name: Clipr Agency, useclipr.com and a Whop group named Clipr.
| Site | What it is | Where it says it is |
|---|---|---|
| clipragency.com | Clipr Agency: clipping and creator distribution, plus Clipr Talent (artist management) | "part of MaalderMedia B.V., The Netherlands" |
| A Whop page named Clipr Agency (2,002 joined) | A clipper community whose posts say "This campaign is powered by Clipr Agency..." | "Location hidden" |
| useclipr.com | A different business named Clipr: in-house content repurposing and clipping | "the majority of our team in Houston and Los Angeles" |
| A Whop group named Clipr under Content Launch | A different clipper group named Clipr | Not stated |
Same word, three businesses. The Whop page named Clipr Agency links the same LinkedIn company page as clipragency.com and its posts say "powered by Clipr Agency", so we treat it as Clipr Agency's clipper channel. Nothing on useclipr.com or the Content Launch group named Clipr says it is related to Clipr Agency, and we do not suggest it. A second, smaller Whop is also titled Clipr Agency, with 7 joined and no posts when we read it; it is not the one quoted here.
Clipr Agency's site names its parent company but publishes no terms, no privacy policy and no working about or contact page. Before a legal team signs, it looks for the company, the terms and the privacy policy, and this is what the site showed in November 2026.
| What you look for | What clipragency.com shows |
|---|---|
| The company behind the brand | "Clipr Agency is part of MaalderMedia B.V., The Netherlands." in the footer of 10 of its 16 pages |
| Client terms | None published, and no page links to terms |
| A privacy policy | None published, and no page links to one |
| An about page | The home page footer links about.html, which returns 404 |
| A contact page | The home page menu links contact.html, which returns 404; the site has "Book a Call" buttons |
| A case studies page | None: the menu jumps to three cases on the home page, and three more sit on the services page |
The site does not say where MaalderMedia B.V. is registered. Ask which company signs your agreement, under which law, and what happens to unspent budget.
A Clipr quote buys distribution across a minimum number of creator accounts, with tracking and weekly optimization, and it does not promise a view count. Clipr's home page FAQ answers the two questions a buyer asks first: how the price is set, and what is promised.
Clipr Agency's price is a fixed quote set by volume, platforms and length. The FAQ says: "Pricing is based on distribution volume, platform mix, and campaign duration. Every engagement starts with a strategy session where we scope requirements and deliver a fixed quote." The home page lists output tiers of "30+", "60+" and "120+" shorts a month, with no price on any tier, and none of the 16 pages publishes a client price or a rate per view.
On views, Clipr's FAQ is plain: "We don't guarantee specific view counts", because organic reach depends on content quality, audience fit and platform algorithms. What it does promise is this: "We do guarantee distribution across a contracted minimum of creator accounts, full tracking on every clip, and weekly optimization based on performance data."
| Point | Clipr's line, home page FAQ |
|---|---|
| What sets the price | "distribution volume, platform mix, and campaign duration" |
| How the price arrives | "a fixed quote" after a strategy session |
| What is promised | "a contracted minimum of creator accounts", tracking and weekly optimization |
| What is not promised | "specific view counts" |
| Where creator pay sits | "Payments are included in your campaign budget." |
| Commitment | "No long-term contracts. Scale up or down monthly based on performance data." |
So the written promise is a minimum number of creator accounts, not a number of views. Ask for that minimum as a number in writing.
Divide the quote by the views you expect and multiply by 1,000; the number that matters is the view estimate, and Clipr's quote does not include one. A fixed quote only becomes comparable once it is a price per 1,000 views.
| Views you get in writing | Price per 1,000 views for a quote of USD 10,000 |
|---|---|
| 1M | 10 |
| 4M | 2.50 |
| 10M | 1 |
The quote of 10,000 is a USD example, not a Clipr price. For scale, Clipr's two home page cases with posted clips averaged about 3,600 and 4,600 views per clip, so 1,000 posted clips at that rate would be about 4M views; its services page cases imply far more per clip, so ask which rate a quote assumes. Ask Clipr for its own view estimate in writing, next to the quote, and run the same sum, or set it in the tool below.
Type the quote you were given and the most you would pay per 1,000 views. The output is how many views the quote has to come with, in writing, to meet that price.
The per-1,000 figure is yours, not a Clipr price and not ours. Here is how our clipping agency pricing works if you want a second number to compare.
If the agency will not put a view estimate next to its quote, this sum cannot be run, and that is worth knowing before you sign.
Clipr shows six case studies across two pages, and none of them names its client. The five that state a view count add up to 190.2M views, about 1.3% of the "15B+ Organic Views" on its home page; six showcased cases are a sample, not the whole record.
Each of Clipr's six case studies gives a length, a clip count and a result, under a title such as "Independent Artist" or "Sports League" rather than a client's name.
| Case, as titled | Page | Length | Clips | Creators | Views |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Independent Artist | Home | 90 days | 3,200 | 180+ | 11.5M |
| Sports League | Home | Full season | 5,800 | 340+ accounts | 26.7M |
| B2B Platform | Home | 120 days | 1,900 | 120+ | Not given ("40K" signups) |
| Podcast Network | Video clipping services | 90 days | 120 | Not given | 48M |
| Gaming Creator | Video clipping services | 60 days | "200+" a month | 400+ | 92M |
| Record Label | Video clipping services | 30 days | 45 | Not given | 12M |
15B across "500+ Campaigns" would average about 30M views a campaign, our own division. Clipr adds a fair caution on its home page: "Every campaign is different. Performance depends on the content, audience, creative execution and distribution."
Divide each case's views by its clips and the six cases do not read as one benchmark: the home page cases run near 4,000 views a clip, the services page cases 230,000 to 400,000. This is our arithmetic from Clipr's figures.
| Case | Views per clip | Clips per creator |
|---|---|---|
| Independent Artist | About 3,600 | About 18 |
| Sports League | About 4,600 | About 17 |
| B2B Platform | No views given | About 16 |
| Podcast Network | 400,000 | No creator count |
| Gaming Creator (at least 400 clips in 60 days) | At most about 230,000 | About 1 |
| Record Label | About 267,000 | No creator count |
The two pages may count clips differently, as posted clips on one and finished edits on the other, so ask which one a quote uses and what view rate to expect.
Clipr's home page says "220,000+ Verified Creators" and its content distribution page also counts 220,000, and both split them by region, but the two splits do not match.
| Region | Home page | Content distribution page |
|---|---|---|
| North America | 68,000+ | 48K+ |
| Europe | 54,000+ | 62K+ |
| Asia Pacific | 61,000+ | 55K+ |
| Latin America | 24,000+ | 32K+ |
| Africa and Middle East | 13,000+ | 23K+ |
Both columns add up to exactly 220,000. Ask how many accounts would post your clips, and how each one is vetted.
The two Clipr clipper campaigns we quote pay USD 0.75 and USD 2.50 per 1,000 views, each with a posted maximum payout of USD 175, and that is clipper pay, not what a brand is charged. The same pages show an agency with real strengths for some buyers.
Two public campaigns run by Clipr Agency show its clipper rates; we label them A and B because each is named after an artist.
| Campaign | Where | Rate as posted (USD) | Maximum payout as posted (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | A June post on the Whop page named Clipr Agency | 0.75 per 1,000 views | 175 maximum payout |
| B | A Content Rewards campaign by Clipr Agency | 2.50 per 1,000 views on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube | 175 maximum payout |
At Campaign A's rate, one payout reaches the USD 175 maximum at about 233,333 views, and the same artist's campaign now shows 1.50 per 1,000 on Content Rewards. Campaign B had used 1,221 of a 2,100 budget, and the full budget buys about 840,000 views at its rate; both sums are our arithmetic.
Campaign A's post closes with "This campaign is powered by Clipr Agency, the team behind clipping campaigns generating millions of views..." These figures are what clippers earn, not what Clipr charges. That Whop page showed 2,002 joined and a 3.4 rating from 26 reviews when we read it, which is one channel for clippers, not the size of Clipr's network.
Clipr Agency is strongest on sign-off before anything posts, CSV or API data export, dedicated vertical pages and a 48-hour launch.
The site footer says Clipr Agency is part of MaalderMedia B.V., The Netherlands.
It says outright that it does not guarantee view counts.
Every clip goes through an approval step: "Nothing goes live without sign-off."
Campaign data is "exportable via CSV or API".
Music, sports, gaming and podcasts each get a dedicated page.
Tiers of 30+, 60+ and 120+ shorts a month, and "Most campaigns go live within 48 hours of strategy sign-off."
It also runs a talent-management arm, Clipr Talent. If you run a sports league, a gaming company or a streamer, or manage an artist, those pages and that talent arm are built for you.
Clipr quotes on volume and promises accounts; Lumina Clippers bills on views that pass our checks and names the clients behind its results. Whichever agency you pick, the agreement is where that difference has to show up.
Ask any clipping agency for these nine lines in writing, and compare what each one publishes before the first call.
| # | Line to see in the agreement | Clipr's public pages | Our public pages |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | The company that signs, and its country | Parent named: MaalderMedia B.V., the Netherlands; signing company not stated | Lumina Global LLC, United States |
| 2 | Governing law and disputes | Not found | Not on our public pages; ask us for it in the agreement |
| 3 | What is billed | A fixed quote on volume, platforms and duration | Verified views only |
| 4 | The contracted minimum, as a number | Promised, no number published | Not used: we bill on verified views |
| 5 | How a view is counted | "No bots" on the music page; no counting rule stated | Anti-bot verified before it counts |
| 6 | Which clients the proof comes from | No client named | Clients named on our case studies |
| 7 | Review before anything posts | "Nothing goes live without sign-off." | Every clip reviewed for brand safety before it goes live |
| 8 | Term and exit | "No long-term contracts" | No lock-in |
| 9 | Unspent budget and refunds | Not found | Not on our public pages; ask us for it in the agreement |
What each agency shows on its public pages
Seven things a buyer looks for before the first call. Green means the agency's public pages show it. Hollow means we could not find it there.
Clipr names its parent company, requires sign-off before anything posts and offers "No long-term contracts". Its terms, price and clients may exist in a private agreement; they are not on its public pages.
Lumina Clippers bills on verified views: every view is anti-bot verified before it counts, and each engagement's deliverables and pricing sit in a written agreement. Our terms name the company, Lumina Global LLC, and say deliverables and pricing "are defined in a separate written agreement or order for each engagement." They also say past figures "are not a guarantee of future results", and that "You retain ownership of your source content." Here is how a campaign runs, step by step.
Each figure carries its measurement window and the date it was read.
iGaming brand: all-time results across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X
Podcast platform: existing episodes cut into vertical clips and posted across creator accounts
They show what has run, not a forecast for your brand.
Choose Clipr for a sports league, streamers or a gaming company, or an artist who wants management alongside clips. Its sports, gaming and talent pages are built for that buyer, and its 48-hour launch line is a real draw. If streams are your main source, compare our guide to hiring a clipping agency for streamers too.
Choose Lumina Clippers if you want to pay for views that are counted, from clients you can name. Our team cuts, and 62,900+ vetted clippers post from their own accounts. We have worked with Snapchat, Adobe, Midjourney, OKX and Polkadot, and our case studies list each campaign by client name. We also run short-form creator distribution, music clipping campaigns and podcast clipping campaigns. Compare Clipr with the 17 agencies and platforms in our best clipping agency comparison.
Across the network, Lumina Clippers has delivered 18B+ verified views and is trusted by Fortune 500 companies. We are rated 5.0 on Clutch and appear in two Forbes articles: Inside the clipping farms driving fintech's marketing boom and the $30,000 bill that ended crypto's influencer era.
