If the brief wants Paid for by on the caption, the post does not go live without it. If the brief wants the Meta branded-content tool, that is the gate. If a cut cannot carry the label the brief requires, it stays down.

If a clip is wrong after it is live, it comes down. It is not left up to ride the views. A caption can be corrected. The campaign can distance itself if counsel says so. The desk executes that call. A farm will not.
Federal disclaimer rules were written for ads placed for a fee. Creator posts on the creator's own account still sit in a grey zone at the FEC. Some states already ask for a label. None of that is legal advice.
