How we compared: on 4 November 2026 we read clipinfluence.com and its clipper community on Whop, and we quote each one in its own words. We run Lumina Clippers, with 18B+ verified views delivered, so every Lumina line comes from our own pages and campaign dashboards.
At Clip Influence, its published process has experienced clippers turn your footage into clips and post them; at Lumina Clippers, our own team cuts the clips from your long-form file, then clippers post them. Clip Influence (clipinfluence.com) is a managed clipping agency that calls itself "The Clipping Agency For Predictable Virality". Its founders, Gabriel Fuentes (CEO) and Adrian (COO), run it, and its clipper community lives on Whop. This page is for brands, apps, game studios and music teams buying a short-form campaign, and it gives Clip Influence credit where it moves fast and publishes its starting budget.
Choose Clip Influence for a fast start on TikTok, Reels and Shorts; choose Lumina Clippers if one team must cut and check every clip under your brand. Every Clip Influence row comes from its own sites, read on 4 November 2026.

Clip Influence's pages say its clippers make and publish the clips, and that more budget launches more accounts. Three lines put it plainly:
"Experienced clippers create and publish content that puts your brand in front of" new audiences.
Clippers "turn the source material into short-form videos and publish them" on TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
"The more budget allocated, the more accounts we can launch", and more budget means "the lower your CPM becomes."
Its services page also lists "Faceless Accounts" for apps and games, and its pricing page says views come "from real accounts". Ask which accounts will post your clips and how many followers each has.
Clip Influence's homepage says "30,000+" experienced clippers, and its Whop community shows more than 30,000 joined. The homepage calls them "A creator network built for mass organic distribution." The Whop community, created by "gabrielinfluence", shows "4.9 (502 Reviews)", and its tabs include "Coaching Calls", "Free Clipping Blueprint" and "Learn How To Clip".
Its FAQ also says it handles "sourcing, training, and quality-checking every creator who posts your content." So training is part of the model, and the 4.9 rating shows clippers like it. That makes "experienced" worth one question: how many clippers have posted for a brand in the last 30 days?
At Lumina Clippers, our own team makes every cut, from a brief you approve first. The Lumina Clippers homepage says "You send the long-form file, our team cuts it into clips", and then 62,900+ vetted clippers "post them from their own accounts", each with "an audience of its own." Our managed clipping service covers the full run.
Clip Influence reviews every submission, and that deserves credit; its published step order puts that review after the clip is posted and before the clipper is paid. Lumina Clippers reviews every clip before it goes live.
When each agency checks a clip, by its own pages
Five steps of one clip. Green means the agency's own team does that step. Hollow means a creator or clipper does it, or the agency's published process does not put its team there.
Clippers post on both sides. Clip Influence writes the brief, its clippers cut and post, and each submission is reviewed before payout. Its About page also describes quality control before clips reach your audience, so ask which order your campaign runs in.
Clip Influence's blog lists the campaign in steps, and the review comes after the post. Step 02 is the brief, which sets the goal and the "creative rules, brand-safety requirements, and payout structure." Then:
"Experienced Clippers Create and Post".
"Submissions Are Reviewed": "Each submission is checked against the campaign brief before it counts toward payout."
Its pricing page says the same: "Manual review before payout", and "Every campaign is reviewed for platform fit, brand safety, and submission quality before views are counted toward payout." Its services FAQ adds that "Clippers are paid based on verified view performance, not for posting alone." That is a fair check on paying for views. In that published order, though, the review decides whether a clipper gets paid, after the clip is already up.
Clip Influence reviews every campaign for brand safety before launch, and its About page's schema code describes quality control before clips reach your audience. Its homepage says: "Every campaign is reviewed for platform compliance, brand safety, and any applicable category restrictions before launch." Its services page lists "Campaign Compliance Review", "Brand-Safe Creative Rules" and "Clear Disclosure Guidance" for casino and regulated gaming campaigns.
Its About page says its COO "Leads clipper operations, content review, and quality control", its schema code describes "quality control before clips reach a client's audience", and the page says it aligns with you on "guardrails before the first clip goes live". Its pricing page lists "Heavier approval or brand-safety review" as something that changes the budget. Ask whether that heavier review happens before posting, and what it adds to the bill.
At Lumina Clippers, every clip is reviewed against your brief before it goes live. Our homepage says "Every clip is reviewed against your brief before it goes live" and adds that "creators disclose paid partnerships". The FTC's disclosure guide for influencers asks the same of anyone with a financial tie to a brand. Our services page adds "Disclosures, restricted claims and takedowns are handled." Only views that pass our checks count, and this is how we define a verified view.
Clip Influence pricing has two parts: a distribution budget its calculator turns into views, and a management fee on every campaign whose amount no page publishes. A distribution budget is the money that pays creators for the verified views their clips earn; a management fee is what the agency charges to run the campaign. No page says whether that fee sits inside the budget or on top of it. Lumina Clippers quotes one all-in price.
At USD 5,000, Clip Influence's open calculator shows 1.7M to 5.0M verified views at an estimated CPM, or cost per 1,000 views, of USD 1.00 to 3.00. The calculator deserves credit for being public. It is clear these are "planning estimates, not guarantees", and that "Final pricing is scoped after" it understands your assets, goals and platforms.
Set the distribution budget, a management fee and where the fee sits. The views come from Clip Influence's own calculator range; the fee is yours to fill in from the quote you get.
The 20% starting fee is a sample to show the effect. Clip Influence does not publish its fee, so replace it with the number on your quote.
On the whole bill, those views cost USD 1.20 to 3.60 per 1,000, against the calculator's USD 1.00 to 3.00.
If the quote does not state the fee and whether it sits inside or on top of the budget, this sum cannot be run, and that is worth knowing before you sign.
At USD 5,000, a fee changes what each 1,000 views costs, and where it sits changes how many views you get. The table is our own arithmetic on the calculator's range; the fee levels are samples, not Clip Influence's fee.
| Sample fee | Fee on top: whole bill and CPM on it | Fee taken out: views and CPM on the bill |
|---|---|---|
| 0% | USD 5,000; USD 1.00 to 3.00 | 1.7M to 5.0M; USD 1.00 to 3.00 |
| 10% | USD 5,500; USD 1.10 to 3.30 | 1.5M to 4.5M; USD 1.11 to 3.33 |
| 20% | USD 6,000; USD 1.20 to 3.60 | 1.3M to 4.0M; USD 1.25 to 3.75 |
| 30% | USD 6,500; USD 1.30 to 3.90 | 1.2M to 3.5M; USD 1.43 to 4.29 |
Clip Influence says every campaign includes a management fee for "strategy, coordination, quality control, and performance reporting", and no page publishes the amount. Its homepage FAQ says: "Every campaign includes a management fee, which covers strategy, coordination, quality control, and performance reporting." You also set "a distribution budget that goes directly to the creators".
Its services page says you should be "ready to fund a" USD 5,000+ "distribution budget". The fee is named separately, so the views a USD 5,000 budget buys in the calculator may not match the total you pay. Ask for one number: the total bill, fee included.
Lumina Clippers' minimum is USD 5,000, all-in, with no multi-month lock-in. Our clipping campaigns page puts it plainly: "The campaign budget is all-in", covering "clipper payouts, clip review, distribution, view verification and reporting". This is how our clipping agency pricing works.
Ask both agencies the same six questions, and compare the answers in writing.
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| What is the total bill, fee included? | Clip Influence does not publish its fee |
| Who cuts my clips, your team or the clippers? | It decides who controls the message |
| Is each clip checked before or after it posts? | Its published process posts first |
| Which accounts post my clips, and who follows them? | Its homepage says more budget launches more accounts |
| Is X included? | Its campaigns list TikTok, Reels and Shorts |
| Which company signs, and where are the terms? | No terms page was found on its site |
Clip Influence shows named results and honestly marks three of them as team experience; the cards with a view count add up to about a quarter of its headline number.
The 13 result cards with a view count add up to about 127.9M views, our sum, against a homepage banner of "Over 500M+ Views Generated From Clip Influence". Here is every card, as shown on 4 November 2026:
| Card | Views | Label |
|---|---|---|
| Fuggler(s) | 55.3M+ | New |
| Political Character | 20M+ | "Team Clipping Experience" |
| My Mini Mom & Baby | 13.7M+ | New |
| Sticker Therapy | 10.2M+ | New |
| Graeme Holm | 6M+ | New |
| Gumi-Yum Surprise | 5.7M+ | New |
| Sad Baby | 4.3M+ | New |
| Nook Nooks | 3.67M | New |
| DamnBruh | 3M+ | "Team Clipping Experience" |
| Nathan Miller | 2.5M+ | |
| Thomas Davenport | 2M+ | |
| Overtake Games | 1M | |
| Whop | 500K+ | "Team Clipping Experience" |
| All 13 cards with views | About 127.9M | 3 marked team experience, about 23.5M |
Clip Influence credits the 500M+ to views "Generated Across Our Team", and three of its result cards are labelled "Team Clipping Experience", so ask how much of it came from client campaigns. Its founders say they "generated millions of views before ever taking on a single client". Leave out the three team cards and the client results you can see come to about 104.4M, our sum, with no spend or dates on any card. Eight more cards say "Active Campaign Partner" and "New", with no figures.
Its site rating, "Rated by real clippers" at 4.8 stars, comes from clippers, not from brands.
Our clients include brands with a legal team and a brand book, such as Snapchat, Adobe and Midjourney. OKX and Polkadot have run campaigns with us too, and two results you can check by name are below.
Each figure carries its measurement window and the date it was read.
iGaming brand: all-time results across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X
Podcast platform: existing episodes cut into vertical clips and posted across creator accounts
They show what has run, not a forecast for your brand.
Our case studies page says "Every number on this page comes from live dashboards, not estimates". Past results are not a promise of future ones.
Clip Influence can start faster, while Lumina Clippers publishes its terms and names its legal entity; settle speed, paperwork and exit before you sign.
On 4 November 2026 we found no terms of service or privacy policy on clipinfluence.com. Six common legal addresses, /terms, /privacy, /terms-of-service, /privacy-policy, /legal and /terms.html, all returned "404". The site names no legal entity, registered address or jurisdiction, and its contact address is a founder's email. This does not mean the agency is not real. It means your signed agreement carries all the terms, so ask for it before you pay.
Our terms of service name Lumina Global LLC, 5768 Monocacy Dr, Bethlehem, PA 18017, USA, and each engagement gets its own written agreement or order.
Clip Influence is faster on paper, and we say so: its homepage says most campaigns are live within 1 to 2 days of your first call. Ours says "Most campaigns go live within 24 to 72 hours" once we have your content, goals and brand guidelines, and that window includes our team cutting and reviewing every clip. This is how a clipping campaign runs with us.
Both are managed clipping agencies that start around USD 5,000, built for different risks: Clip Influence for fast volume, Lumina Clippers for control over every clip.
Clip Influence fits a creator, game or consumer product that wants volume fast and is comfortable with clips being reviewed after they post, before payout. Its strengths are on its own pages:
USD 5,000, with an open calculator.
A launch within 1 to 2 days of the first call.
A brand-safety and compliance review of every campaign before launch.
Founders who generated millions of views before taking clients, and run the campaigns.
A clipper community rated 4.9 on Whop.
Lumina Clippers is a Clip Influence alternative for a brand that needs control over what gets cut and posted under its name. Our team cuts the clips and checks each one against your brief before it goes live, and our clippers post across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. You get one all-in quote and published terms.
We are trusted by Fortune 500 companies, rated 5.0 on Clutch, and covered in two Forbes articles: Inside the clipping farms driving fintech's marketing boom and the $30,000 bill that ended crypto's influencer era. We also compare the platform behind its clipper community in Lumina Clippers vs Whop.
