You already recorded the content. A clipping agency turns those webinars, courses and podcasts into short vertical clips and puts them where your future clients already scroll.
Most coaches are sitting on hours of teaching. Webinar recordings, course modules, podcast episodes, past livestreams, all of it in a drive somewhere. The material is good. The problem is that posting one clip from one account reaches almost nobody, and cutting a month of clips by hand is a job you do not have time for.
So the bottleneck is not content. It is cutting and distributing at volume. And here is the part that changes the maths: you do not need to film anything new. The talks you have already given are the source material, and how content clipping works is simply pulling the best moments out of them and getting each one in front of a fresh audience.
You also do not have to become a full-time creator or shoot to camera every day. The footage exists; the work is turning it into short clips and getting reach on them. If you are a founder building a personal profile rather than a teaching business, the sibling approach is founder personal brand clipping; the volume mechanics behind both are the same ones that power our clipping campaigns.
There are three ways to get clips out of your content, and they are not the same job. It helps to see them side by side before you decide which one fits how you actually work.
| Option | What you get | What's missing | Who it's for |
|---|---|---|---|
| DIY tool (Vizard, OpusClip) | Auto-generated rough cuts and captions | You still cut, caption, post and learn the tool. No distribution. | Coaches with time to run their own posting |
| Freelance editor | Clean, hand-finished cuts | No distribution, and volume is capped by one person's hours | Coaches who post from one account and want polish |
| Clipping agency | Cutting and distribution through a creator network, at volume | Less hands-on control of each individual clip | Coaches who want output and reach without doing it themselves |
The difference an agency adds is the last column of that table: distribution. A tool or an editor stops once the clip exists. An agency keeps going, pushing your clips out through a vetted network of 62,900+ creators that has driven 18B+ verified views, so the same recording reaches far more people than one account ever could. That is the whole point of running clipping campaigns instead of posting alone, and it is the same engine behind our case studies.
One recording is not one clip. A single webinar becomes dozens of teaching snippets. A podcast episode becomes a set of guest-moment clips (there are plenty of podcast clip ideas to pull from, and clips are also how you grow a podcast in the first place). A course module becomes short standalone lessons. A livestream becomes real-time highlights.
Set the length of one recording, what kind it is, and how often you want to post. The estimator turns that into a rough clip count and shows how many weeks of a calendar one piece can fill.
Move the sliders. A clip stands up on the calendar for every planned posting slot, so you can see how far one recording stretches.
Planning ratio: about one clip per 4 min for a webinar (dense teaching, the most clips per minute). A ratio we set for planning, not a promise.
One webinar of 60 min, posting 4× a week, keeps your calendar filled for about 4 weeks. An illustration on your inputs, not a guarantee of reach.
It counts clips and posting slots, nothing else. It does not predict views, reach or leads.
Worked example. Take a 60-minute webinar. At a planning ratio of about one clip per four minutes, that is roughly 15 clips from one recording. Posting four times a week, 15 clips keeps your calendar filled for about four weeks, from a single talk. Those numbers are an illustration on the inputs, not a guarantee of reach, but they show the shape of it: a handful of recordings you already own is a full quarter of short-form.
The audience your clips compete for is large and growing. The 2025 ICF Global Coaching Study counted 122,974 coach practitioners worldwide, up 15% since 2023, in an industry it valued at US$5.34 billion, drawn from a survey of more than 10,000 coaches.
That coaching market sits inside a wider creator economy that Precedence Research estimates at US$254.4 billion in 2025, a market-research estimate, projected to reach US$2,084.57 billion by 2035. The takeaway is not a promise about your results. It is that the attention your clips are reaching for is huge, video-first, and already scrolling.
You do not need to film anything new. The talks you have already given are the content. The whole model, in one line
You share the webinars, course modules, podcasts and livestreams you already have. No new filming, no shooting to camera.
Our team cuts each recording into short vertical clips, captioned and on-brand, sized for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Instead of one account, your clips go out through a vetted creator network for short-form video distribution at volume.
You get a live view of what went out and how it performed. From there you can check pricing or book a call to scope the next month.
